Crossings Campus Construction Update - March 2025

We are pleased to provide an update on the Crossings Campus construction project, located at 8825 National Blvd (Culver City) and 8888 Venice Blvd (Los Angeles). Concrete pouring activities will continue for the next several months at both Buildings.

Upcoming Work/Closures

In order to bring power to the Crossings Campus Project, Bali Construction as a subcontractor of Hathaway Dinwiddie will install Southern California Edison (SCE) conduit along National Blvd from an existing vault. The contractor will implement traffic control measures per approved Traffic Plans between the hours of 9 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. This will affect the northbound lane (adjacent to the sidewalk) on National Blvd between Venice Blvd and approximately 200’ south of Washington Blvd

Pedestrians will be detoured onto the western side of National Blvd between Washington Blvd and Venice Blvd
Work is scheduled to begin March 17th, 2025, and will last approximately 15 days

Safety

The project general contractor (Hathaway Dinwiddie) will have personnel on site to ensure these activities are carried out in a safe manner and members of the community are given safe passage.
