Community Notice: Fox Studios Construction Hearing

Fox Studios proposes adding more than 2 million square feet of new construction on the lot located between Pico and Olympic Boulevards, with new gates on Olympic Blvd. and Avenue of the Stars. It is estimated that the project could generate as many as 4,700 new jobs on the lot.

Prior to the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR), a scoping meeting has been scheduled on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 5:30pm on Zoom. The Zoom meeting is intended to give the public an opportunity to discuss what environmental topics the EIR should study. Topics could include, for example, public services, noise and air pollution, transportation/traffic, aesthetics and land use planning.

The City requests written comments as to the scope and contents of the EIR.  Written comments are required to be submitted to the City of Los Angeles no later than 4:00pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
